This site has no accounts, no forms and no cookies. Here is what little it does process, and your rights.

Who is responsible

MindtheGap Sàrl, Avenue Ernest-Hentsch 4, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this site. You can reach us at contact@mindthegapai.com.

This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a visitor, the same rights apply.

What this site does, and does not do

This site presents the company, its products and its program. It has no accounts, no forms and no shop. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no tracking scripts. Nothing you do on this site is profiled or shared for advertising.

Data that is processed when you visit

Server logs. When you open a page, our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva, records the technical data every web server receives: your IP address, the time, the page requested, and the type of browser and device. These logs are used to run and secure the site and to find faults. They are kept for a limited time under Infomaniak's standard retention and are not combined with other data.

Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and the browser's technical details. Google LLC is based in the United States. Google describes its handling of this data in its own privacy policy. We do not pass Google any other information about you.

Links to our product sites. Velydian, Treselia and Timocéa have their own sites and their own privacy notices. What you do there is governed by those notices, not by this one.

When you write to us

If you send us an email, we process your address, your name if you give it, and what you write, in order to answer you and to follow up on your request. We keep the exchange as long as the matter is open and as long as Swiss law requires us to keep business correspondence. We do not add your address to a mailing list.

Why we may process this data

To run this site and keep it secure: our legitimate interest in operating a working, safe website.
To answer your request: the steps needed to respond to you and, where it comes to that, to prepare a contract.
To keep business records: our legal obligations under Swiss law.

Who receives data

Infomaniak Network SA (hosting, Switzerland) and Google LLC (fonts, United States) receive the technical data described above. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

For data sent to the United States, Google relies on the Swiss and EU frameworks for international transfers. If you would rather not have your browser contact Google, you can block web fonts in your browser; the site stays readable in your system typeface.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing, or ask for a copy in a common format. Write to contact@mindthegapai.com. We answer within 30 days.

You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, to your national data protection authority.

Changes

We change this notice when the site changes. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
